It is simple.
When it comes to true health, happiness, and success, what you start doing is equally as
important as what you STOP doing.
Instead of adding more to a full schedule, making resolutions that you will not keep… this
new year create a “stop doing” list.
Here is the amazing part, creating a stop doing list does not require more energy, time, or
stress.
It requires letting go. Feeling lighter. Creating space.
Did I mention, this is a practice of a few of my favourites #daniellelaporte #sethgodin
Give it a try! Take a few moments to create a Stop Doing List of your own.
My Stop Doing List for 2018:
-
Putting my wellbeing last in priority
-
Worrying about things I cannot control
-
Doing emotionally draining activities
-
Getting distracted by social media
-
Unscrewing my light bulb so that others feel brighter
-
Working 80 hour work weeks
-
Over committing and spreading myself too thin
-
Letting others violate my boundaries
-
Using the words should and can’t
-
Doing everything myself instead of asking for help
Wishing you a year full of all that you desire,
Dr. J
